The current group is led by Sarra. Sarra has been deeply involved in online support systems for over a decade, bringing compassion, insight, and lived experience to every space she joins. For the past six years, she has taught mental health and well-being programs, drawing from both her academic training and personal growth journey. This is not therapy in the traditional sense. This is a class that teaches psychological principles, and helps you apply them to your life. It is meant to be educational for personal growth.
-
Nothing. This program is currently offered at no cost to participants.
We’ve waived all fees to increase access to mental health support. While similar DBT programs charge up to $400–$800, we believe cost should never be a barrier to healing.
