About 4C Mental Health
Bringing Proven Mental Health Tools to Everyone, Everywhere
At 4C Mental Health, we believe that mental health education shouldn’t be reserved for experts or graduate programs.
It should be accessible to anyone — from parents to teachers, from peer supporters to professionals — anyone who wants to understand the mind, help others, and strengthen their own resilience.
We take what’s been proven in the research — and make it practical, engaging, and human.
Founded by a Clinician with 25 Years of Experience
Our founder, Lara Gregorio, LCSW, has spent over 25 years as a licensed therapist and more than a decade training both therapists and community mental health workers around the world.
Her clinical programs have been aligned with global and national gold standards — including the World Health Organization’s mhGAP framework and SAMHSA’s Core Competencies for Peer Support.
This deep expertise means our trainings aren’t just inspirational — they’re evidence-based, field-tested, and designed to create measurable impact.
We Know What Works — The Challenge Is Access
The mental health field already knows what works.
The problem? Dissemination.
For too long, proven tools for healing, coping, and resilience have been locked behind academic walls, high tuition fees, and professional gatekeeping.
4C bridges that gap — by delivering graduate-level, research-backed training directly to anyone who wants to learn.
Our Mission
To make evidence-based mental health education accessible, affordable, and actionable — everywhere in the world.
We’re building a movement where everyone is both a learner and a helper — creating a ripple effect of hope, connection, and resilience.
