This locally rooted podcast series blends real stories with expert insights to offer accurate, culturally sensitive, and accessible mental health education. Episodes explore common challenges like depression, trauma, and stress—while helping listeners understand where to seek help and how to support others.

Youth Empowerment in Namibia

A 12 month initiative that empowers youth with mentorship and life skills—building confidence, purpose, and leadership capacity. Addresses emotional well-being and mental health with structured workshops, peer circles, and trained support. Combats dropout, violence, and substance use through early intervention, guidance, and personal development

Upskilling Community Members in Kenya

Equipping everyday people with practical tools to support one another. From community health workers to teachers and youth leaders, this grassroots approach ensures care reaches those who need it most. A transformative model to reduce stigma, build local capacity, and foster an enduring culture of mental health support from within the community.

Program Overview

  • Format: Online, self-paced, and globally accessible

  • Duration: The entire program is 10-15 hours. You choose the pace—most complete it in 2-4 weeks, but you’ll have unlimited, ongoing access to all materials, so you can revisit tools and lessons anytime.

  • Location: 100% Online, On-Demand, Self-Study

  • Start Date: Rolling admissions.

  • Experience Level: Beginner

  • Upon Completion: By the end of this fellowship, you’ll walk away with:

Our Ignite Impact Fellowship Program is designed for students, professionals, or advocate (ages 16+) who are passionate about mental health and eager to gain hands-on experience in program design, strategy, and implementation. No previous experience is required.
