Part-Time Growth & Engagement Associate (5–10 hrs/week)

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Growth & Engagement Associate to support everything from sending email campaigns to organizing spreadsheets and posting in our online community. It’s a flexible, part-time role (5–10 hours/week) ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and excited about being part of a fast-moving, high-impact startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • CRM Organization

    • Responsible for organizing and maintaining subscriber, applicant, and mailing list systems

    • Ensuring clean data, accurate tagging, and well-managed workflows

    • Segment and tag subscribers as needed

  • Community Engagement

    • Post 3–4 weekly prompts, polls, and updates in our online community

    • Track post performance and member engagement

    • Occasionally reply to comments or surface great conversations

  • Content & Course Support

    • Review and clean up lesson formatting before publishing

    • Organize folders, links, and materials across platforms

    • Keep spreadsheets updated and organized for tracking content, outreach, and growth

What You Bring

  • Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally

  • Experience (or willingness to quickly learn) tools like MailerLite, Canva, Google Docs, Sheets, and simple course or community platforms

  • Strong organizational habits and comfort juggling multiple small tasks

  • A deep interest in mental health, global impact, or community-based learning
