Eligibility Criteria:
Be a Liberian
Have access to the internet, laptop, or smartphone
Age: 18+
Be willing to pay for graduation ceremony fees at the end of the training which will not exceed $10. Note: if we have a sponsor for the graduation, it will be free.
Be committed to attending the both online and in-person sections.

Program Structure
Duration: 12 Weeks
Format: Hybrid, with 2 hours of self-study materials per week, plus in-person discussions.
Group Discussion:
Each week we come together to review materials, answer questions, and have an opportunity to discuss.
Time Commitment: ~3–5 hours/week
