The All-in-One Mental Health Training Hub for RAs and Peer Support Leaders
Unlimited access to 30+ training programs on mental health, substance use, trauma, and peer support — plus weekly new content, a thriving RA community, and in-the-moment tools your students can actually use.
Empower your student leaders.
We’ll equip them — so you don’t have to.
Go Beyond One-and-Done Trainings
Most RA programs get a crash course in crisis response. But what happens when:
A student is drinking alcohol alone in their room?
Someone brings up a traumatic experience but quickly changes the subject.
Your peer leaders are overwhelmed themselves?
They need more than slides and scenarios.
They need real tools, continuous, on demand access to resources and situation specific information, and a real community to lean on.
Empowering the Next Generation of Mental Health Leaders
We train students to support one another. Not just in crisis, not just once—but every day, within their own campus communities. Our university partnerships activate student leadership and transform peer support into purpose-driven mental health capacity building.

Why Choose Us
4C Mental Health was founded by Lara Gregorio, LCSW, a clinical social worker, educator, and systems strategist with over 20 years of experience in mental health innovation. Lara has worked at the intersection of clinical care, public health, and community empowerment—designing programs for hospitals, nonprofits, and global NGOs.
A longtime advocate for peer-led models and social recovery, Lara created 4C to bridge the gap between traditional mental health services and the real-world support people need to thrive. Her vision: a global community where everyone has the skills to care for themselves and each other—because mental health doesn't begin in a clinic, and healing is often powered by connection.
Lara has been training peers and therapists in mental health skills, counseling, and resilience for over a decade.
