Namibia is facing a youth crisis—rising school dropout rates, growing substance use, high suicide attempts, and widespread gender-based violence. The Otweya Youth Empowerment Program, a collaboration between Live Out Loud Namibia and 4C For All, was created to target these key societal challenges.

This 12-month initiative provides youth ages 10–25 with a safe, inclusive space to grow through mentorship, emotional resilience training, skill-building, and community leadership. Whether facing poverty, pressure, or pain, young people in Otweya and beyond are gaining the tools to reclaim their futures.
